Personal Checks & Money Orders
Make your check or money order payable to "TEES+PLUS" Personal checks must be imprinted with name, street address (No P.O. Boxes) and daytime telephone number. Without the proper information, your order may be held up for verification of funds. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH!
Purchase Orders:
We accept Purchase Orders from City, County, State, or Federal agencies. Purchase orders will not be accepted without an authorized signature.
Note: Minimum transaction total is $35.00 for a purchase order.
C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery):
Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. orders.
Sales Tax:
Connecticut residents will be charged a 6% sales tax on all non-apparel purchases over $50.
Returns and Exchanges:
We offer an unconditional money-back guarantee on every non personalized product. Products returned within 10 days after receipt of order will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Personalized orders with manufacturers' errors will be replaced at no extra charge. All returns must have a Return Authorization. Please call your salesperson or customer service representative.

Personalized Items:
Promotional Products frequently require longer lead times to produce, please refer to item description. We do have many products available for quick turn around times. Rush & Express shipping charges may occur.
Split Shipments:
If your order consists of both stock and personalized items, it is likely that your order will arrive in more than one package.
Avoid Delays:
Most order processing delays are due to missing or illegible information. Have you specified color, size, personalization, and engraving where requested?
