  • Q: How do I get a quote?
  • A: Go to and fill out the form located here or call us at 800-785-3323. We’re available Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST to answer your questions.
  • Q: How do I upload my art?
  • A: Just follow the prompts in the quote request. Preferable specs are .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .eps, and .pdf. We also accept .psd, .jpg, and .tiff files.
  • Q: What is average turnaround time?
  • A: Average turnaround time for screen print or embroidery orders is 2 business weeks; for direct-to-garment, direct-to-substrate, and laser orders the average time is 7-10 business days.
  • Q: Do you do rush orders?
  • A: Yes, we will accept rush orders. Please note however that a rush charge will apply, depending on the print method and quantity.
  • Q: Do I have to order a minimum quantity?
  • A: It varies from service to service. For direct-to-garment, direct-to-substrate, and laser orders we will accept orders of as little as one piece. Embroidery orders are generally for 12 or more pieces, although we will do fewer. Screen print orders have a minimum quantity of 24 pieces.
  • Q: Can I buy blank items from you?
  • A: Yes, if you’re not interested in our fabulous services, we do offer blank apparel and goods.
  • Q: Can I bring in my own garments for printing or do I have to buy from your stock?
  • A: We are happy to use customer-supplied garments, though it is recommended that you supply a few extra.
  • Q: I’m on a budget. What’s the best way to keep costs down?
  • A: The cheapest option in any case will be a centered, single-color design on a plain white t-shirt. Colored garments, multiple or complex color patterns, and irregular print locations are all factors that will drive prices up.
